Villa Boho is situated on a hillside above Agios Sostis beach, a privileged location which provides ultimate privacy. It offers to its guests an unobstructed sea view of “Panormos” bay and “Agios Sostis” beach and within a 2-minute walk they can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the beach.

It is among the quietest beaches on the island, still remaining a virgin beach without the presence of clubs or fancy restaurants. Visitors feel the extra freedom of pure nature. The beach stretches for about 250 meters and visitors go down a small path to reach it. Behind Agios Sostis church, there is the famous family operated “Kiki’s” Tavern, an amazing little traditional restaurant, which is one of the best lunch spots of the island.

The villa is 435m2 and extends on a plot of 4.000m2. It has been fully renovated in 2019 and consists of 3 levels, providing in total 7 en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 14 people. All bedrooms, except 1 have sea and garden view.
