Do I have to pay extra fees?
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY POLICY:
The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in each Villa is limited as it mentioned in the Rental Agreement you signed, unless Ethos Hospitality gives its prior written consent. An extra charge, depending on each villa policy per person per night will be assessed for each person who stays in the Villa in addition to the initial agreement.
KEY POLICY:
If Guest locks himself/herself out of the Villa, or loses a key or remote control, a fee will be charged per item. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of 100,00 euros /per key.
Can I change my reservation?
Ethos Hospitality reserves the right in the case of any occurrences that are not the fault of the Guest to substitute the Guest with a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity subject to availability. Ethos Hospitality reserves the right in the case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Guest agrees to waive any claim, compensation, or refund after having been offered reasonable relocation options from Ethos Hospitality. If the Villa is considered proper to use in Ethos Hospitality honest opinion, Guest is not allowed to request a relocation or claim any compensation or refund.
What happens if a host cancels?

If I cancel, will I get a full refund?
The refund you can receive back depending on the Cancelation Policy you have signed on the rental agreement.
What happens if a guest damages a property?
Upon Check In, Guest will pay a security deposit of the required amount (as per each villas policy) to Ethos Hospitality. The security deposit will be retained by Ethos Hospitality as security of the Guest’s performance of the obligations under this Agreement. Guest will be entitled to a full refund of the security deposit if Guest returns possession of the villa to Ethos Hospitality in the same condition as accepted. After the termination of the Rental Agreement, Ethos Hospitality will return the security deposit to guest (minus any amount applied by Ethos Hospitality in accordance with this section). Any reason of retaining a portion/total of the security deposit will be explained in writing.
