The outside area, where the guests are likely to spend most of the time, was designed in a very multifunctional way so that you could have anything you may need for getting an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa features breathtaking sea view, a year-round heated infinity pool, private patio with jacuzzi, an outdoor terrace with poufs, surrounded by greenery and a firepit – perfect for a glass of wine with friends in the evening, at the same time being ideal for meditations, yoga classes or just a peaceful time in front of the nature in the morning.
There is also a separate outdoor dining area with BBQ and a dance floor. All this is equipped with a designer lightening system, which gives the place a special charm and ambience in the evening.
Main House
The main house is built on three different levels. The ground level features a living and a dining room with direct access to the pool and private terraces with gorgeous Aegean Sea view. This level is set with a fully equipped kitchen, next to the dining area with seating for 12.
Upper Level
There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and it’s own private terrace facing the sunrise.
Lower Level
There is another living room, the second master bedroom with a king-size bed and one more bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers and their own sea view terraces with lounge beds.
Guest Pool House
The guest pool house is totally independent and has a separate entrance. There is a kitchenette with a table for 4 guests on the ground floor. You will find the third master bedroom with pool / sea view on this level, as well as its own bathroom. On the upper level there is one more double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Guest Secret Suite
The secret suite is located on the back yard and features a small living room, two single beds (could be set as one large double bed) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The secret suite is also completely independent from the main and the guest pool houses and has a separate entrance.
